My favorite author is J.K. Rowling who wrote the Harry Potter series. She is my favorite author because if it weren't for her I would NEVER have a favorite book, and that is VERY important to me because if you don't have a favorite book you never get the satisfaction of reading.
Hello Mrs.Srcittorale, I actually do have a favorite author. It is J. K. Rowling because her books are great and inspiring. My favorite book by J. K. Rowling is the Harry Potter books. That is pretty much all I have to say.

MY favorite author is Rick Riordan who wrote the Percy Jackson and the Oympians and The Heros of Olympus series. I like him because his books have a lot of Greek gods and Greek myths.His books have a lot of action and fighting. That is why I like him.
My favorite author is Jeff Kenney because he wrote all and I mean all of Diary of a Wimpy kid series so. It is so awesome that Jeff Kenney also made all of the pictures. With out Jeff Kenney I wouldn't have a favorite book.
